Missey Muhammad International Consulting LLC is an Organizational Management and Leadership Development Organization designed to provide a unique program of professional development, organizational and performance management seminars, and workshops for individuals, professionals and corporations.

Most of the Organizational Management consulting that I do, work to address organizational and resource management issues that affect performance, compliance and service delivery.

My professional mission has always been to help individuals, teams and organizations, Refocus, Revitalize, Restructure, Renew and Reposition (5 R's for Success) in order to improve performance.

My extensive background and experience allows me the ability to create Strategic Models through research for Change and Crisis Management circumstances and issues for team building, organizational interventions, and interpersonal dynamics using Leadership.

I am effectively able to assist my clients by establishing clarity, focus and accountability that will help them with group and team consensus.

About Dr. Missey Muhammad,

Dr. Muhammad is an Organizational Behavior and Leadership Development Consultant and president of Missey Muhammad International Consulting LLC (formerly Davis Consulting Group) with a professional record of accomplishment in Business, Management, and Organizational Leadership. Dr. Muhammad has a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Business Administration, a Masters degree (MBA) in Business Administration, and completed the courses for her Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership (DM) and numerous awards and certifications in various fields of training. Dr. Muhammad has over 25 years of experience as a corporate business consultant and has conducted training and development workshops in the corporate sector.

Dr. Muhammad has a strong passion for achieving goals and training as well as mentoring others to achieve their potential. As a results-oriented leader, she conducts highly effective workshops to lead others to greater personal, professional and organizational success. Dr. Muhammad specializes in the planning, development, evaluation and designing of improved services that increases morale and productivity. Dr. Muhammad has served on the International Speakers Bureau for the Professional Woman Network (PWN), a national and international consulting organization and was a member of PWN for 15 years. She was recognized by the Network as a dynamic leader and keynote speaker in 2003.

Dr. Muhammad designs and customizes training seminars for corporations, association and universities. Each seminar is uniquely designed to bring participants closer to achieving personal confidence and the ability to project a positive image by utilizing resources, strategies, and skills that provide a higher level of awareness, which is a contributing factor to personal growth and development. She is a member of Toastmasters International, an international association that specializes in the Art of Communication. She is a Gold Seal Certified Auditor in Dianetics (Modern Science of Mental Health). She is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success.

As an Outreach Coordinator, she provided leadership assistance, outreach efforts and acted as an "Ambassador" for the ECHO Project (Enhancing Community Health Outreach) a unique pilot human services program) that provided on-going support to the local Community. With over 20 years in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and coach, Dr. Muhammad has conducted seminars specializing in Women Issues, Self-Esteem, Attitudes, Women in Management, Divine Value of the Female, Dealing with Difficult People, and Understanding your Potential. She has been motivating teens, students and adults in the community (YMCA, Planned Parenthood, local churches, and women's shelters).
